Chambertin Grand Cru, Pascal Marchand

Note:

This is much more floral and not quite as spicy as the Bèze with relatively high-toned yet complex and serious notes of primarily stone-inflected wild red berries. There is outstanding intensity to the delicious, mouth coating and solidly well-concentrated medium-bodied flavours that exude a fine minerality on the superbly persistent, firm and austere finish. This is not quite as refined as the Bèze but it`s slightly more complex and a bit longer as well.
