Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Petite Chapelle, Humbert

Note:

Once again wood and menthol elements can be found on the more elegant nose of plum, violet and dark berries. The super sleek, intense and equally pure medium bodied flavours exhibit notably more minerality on the slightly firmer and well balanced finale. This is at once generous yet refined and the only nit, at least today, is that the finish is a bit toasty though this will presumably be progressively absorbed as it ages.
