Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles, Domaine Philippe Colin

Note:

Bright yellow. Reticent but pure aromas of mirabelle and honey; at once more exotic and less open than the Chenevottes. Ripe, powerful, saline and dry, with stubbornly closed flavors of ripe
stone fruits, flint, honey and lichee. Boasts impressive volume, but
this big boy is youthfully aggressive today. This is significantly
lower in acidity than the Vergers, according to Colin, but clearly needs extended cellaring.
