Gevrey-Chambertin, Les Champeaux, 1er Cru, Fourrier (Domaine)

Note:

This is more elegant and refined still, which is interesting since Goulots and Champeaux abut one another with an expressive and airy nose of red berry fruit, violets and the barest hint of wood that precedes the fresh, bright and admirably concentrated flavors that are supple, detailed and punchy, all wrapped in a mineral-infused, punchy and linear finish. This is really quite stylish in an understated fashion.
