The 2015 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers is laced with the essence of sweet red cherry, plum, rose petal and exotic spices. Silky tannins add to an overall impression of finesse. Here, too, there is a good balance of ripeness and structure. This is an especially soft, supple style, and yet there is good density and power in reserve. Production is a whopping three barrels.
