A fine glowing fresh crimson purple colour. This is as ever the star of the cellar. It is a wine of perfect poise, with middling intensity, a high class fine ripe red fruit with occasional points of something closer to black, a saline touch which is the Cazetiers minerality expressing itself. Finishes on pure red fruit. A fine, subtle Cazetiers. Drink from 2027-2035. Tasted Nov 2022.
