Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Clos Prieur, Rossignol-Trapet
Note:
More crimson than purple. Reduction on the nose, begins to blow off but not replaced by a lot of fruit. Some tension on the palate with the harder edge to the finish linked to the reduction. I would like there to be just a little more fruit intensity here. Drink from 2025-2030. Tasted Sep 2024.
