Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, Patrick Javillier

Note:

Recently racked, not yet on finings, so a little bit unclear to the eye as the lees still in suspension. Something of everything on the nose, a touch of tangerine, a little bit of biscuit barrel. A significant weight of fruit, a good thread of mineral acidity, a little more opulence in fruit profile. A little higher in alcohol perhaps. Tasted Jan 2021.
