Quite saturated colour suggests plenty of depth and extraction. That comes across on the palate, with lots of weight, depth and intensity. Plenty of tannins, but they’re fine. And the length is there too. Just a hint of oxidation, but not enough to detract from the overall assessment. (TJ)
