From Citernes, Boutières and Combes. 50% whole bunch and 25% new wood. No change in colour. The bouquet has a savoury element, and the wine comes across as a little bit sombre, though fully ripe. Chez Rapet, they are making intelligent attempts to tame this terroir. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Oct 2024.
