This is aromatically similar to the Pucelles with the addition of more obvious (though not intrusive) wood treatment. Once again the mid-palate texture of the slightly bigger and richer yet wonderfully refined flavors is almost creamy while coating the palate with dry extract on the relatively powerful and saline-inflected finish. Thanks to the seductive texture this could be enjoyed young or held for up to a decade.
