Deep, vivid red. Pungent aromas of cherry, cured meat, graphite and cracked pepper. A distinctly wild style, offering flashy, sweet cherry and candied redcurrent flavours, with building spice and gamey character. Distinctly funky, but with good sweetness, finishing lift and persistence.
