Chambertin, Rossignol-Trapet
Note:
A more restrained and slightly more elegant nose grudgingly offers up its softly spicy and markedly floral infused aromas of various red berries. The delicious, intense and larger-bodied flavors exude evident minerality on the impressively persistent, youthfully austere and equally chiseled finish that displays focused power. This is very much built to repay extended cellaring so again, at least a modicum of restraint is called for.
