Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Goulots, Fourrier

Note:

This is also sufficiently reduced such that it is impossible to say very much other than the fruit appears quite ripe. The beautifully well-detailed flavors are also cool, restrained and minerally but as is usually the case, the tannins are finer and the overall impression is a wine of finesse and purity. Qualitatively, there isn`t much to choose between this and the Cherbaudes as it`s a choice between refinement versus greater complexity.
