Usually 100% whole bunch but just half this year. Pale purple. The bouquet is quite light and definitely on the floral side. Some white pepper notes begin to show through. Fuller cherry notes on the palate, with a slightly drier finish from wood tannins. Even so, the fruit returns to leave an attractive finish. Drink from 2024-2028. Tasted Dec 2022.
