Garrigue, olive, roasted meats, lavender and tons of sweet dark fruits emerge from the 2007 Gigondas, and this bottle was slightly more reserved and tight than one tasted at the domaine just a few months ago. Nevertheless, it`s a gorgeous Gigondas that has another decade or more of longevity.
