Cotes du Rhone, Bouquet des Garrigues, Clos du Caillou (Vacheron-Pouizin)
Note:
The 2005 Bouquet des Garrigues is a dark ruby-colored wine that tastes like the essence of Provence. Spicy, peppery, with notes of lavender, roasted herbs, and plenty of sweet kirsch liqueur notes and some even blacker fruits. The 2005 is slightly darker and fuller than the 2006. I would drink the 2005 over the next 5-6.
