Chablis, les Preuses, Grand Cru, William Fèvre

Note:

A clear mid lemon yellow. The bouquet is powerfully weighty rather than fine. Depends on what the vineyard is. All in white fruit, with an excellent thread of acidity running across the palate, not quite as persistent as the very best. Lemon notes to finish, more than kimmeridgian salinity. DIAM 10 closure. Drink from 2027-2034. Tasted May 2023.
