Chablis, Grand Cru, Preuses, Nathalie et Gilles Fevre

Note:

Here the wood treatment is slightly more evident though it still remains a background element on the nose of essence of pear, iodine and pretty citrus wisps. There is first-rate density to the powerful yet refined, even sophisticated, middleweight plus flavors that brim with both dry extract and minerality on the compact, bone-dry and sneaky long finish. This is also built-to-age and a wine that should reward a decade plus.
