Cooler and airier aromas consist mostly of freshly sliced green apple, acacia, lemon-lime and menthol that are trimmed in enough wood to mention. The medium weight and moderately fleshy flavors possess a lovely sense of verve as well as good minerality on the refreshing if slightly warm finish that is a bit more tightly wound.
