A brisk fresh purple. There is a huge bundle of dark fruit energy – ripe but picked at the right time. Just a touch of spice to retain the balance. Intriguing and compelling. There is a depth of concentrated juice which is quite remarkable. Very long indeed. Wouldn’t want the fruit to be any riper but it is all in balance. Drink from 2032. Tasted Sep 2022.
