Echézeaux, Grand Cru, Jean Marc Millot
Note:
Discreet wood influence sets off spicy and ripe yet admirably fresh black fruit and warm earth aromas that precede the rich, seductively textured and palate staining flavors that possess good volume and a taut muscularity on the long and powerful finish. This is an elegant Echézeaux though presently it is backwards, focused and tight and the fine mid-palate concentration should enable it to age effortlessly.
