100% whole bunch. Glowing deep crimson. Plenty of energy here on the nose, really quite complex balance between red fruit with some blacker notes, dark raspberry more than cherry. Some pepper, both black and white. Quite backward because there is so much to it, and needs time to settle down, but extremely promising. Lovely aftertaste. Tasted Dec 2021.
