A clear dense purple. Very dark fruit, quite dense. Indeed, very intense, a dark bramble and blackcurrant fruit without suggesting reduction. In common with other wines in this flight there is a dry element but I don’t think that the wine will evolve negatively. Liquorice notes at the back. Ardeaseal closure. Drink from 2030.
