Not unlike the `regular` cuvee of Etna Bianco, but this is more linear, more structured and longer on the palate by some distance. Quite compact. The finish has a additional level of complexity, a tingle, a smokey mineral element that elevates it above the regular (very, very good) cuvee of Etna Bianco.
