A similar if slightly riper nose precedes the exceptionally rich, round and suave large-scaled flavors that are shaped by slightly finer tannins as well as a more evident mineral streak that runs the length of the wine. This does a slow build from the mid-palate all the way to the explosive finish. This is normally a more interesting wine than the Tollot Corton but at this very early stage it`s no more complex or persistent.
