Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse, Fernand & Laurent Pillot

Note:

Pale lemon. Powerful character. Stands up like a limestone menhir. Too concentrated to see all the detail yet, with also a little salinity. Mostly white fruit but with some riper yellow tints to it. Clean at the finish, not too oaky, and of course persistent. Drink from 2028-2036. Tasted: October 2023.
