Côte-Rôtie, Les Rochins, Cote Rotie, Garon

Note:

A single vineyard offering from the Cote Blonde, the 2010 Cote Rotie Les Rochins is the most concentrated, intense and full-bodied of this trio. Floral and honeysuckle notes interwoven with black currants, black raspberries, cedar, licorice and damp earth characteristics make for a complex set of aromatics. In the mouth, the wine is super-concentrated and generously endowed with abundant glycerin and fruit as well as a viscous texture that cascades over the palate with no hard edges. The finish is impressively long. Drink this beauty now and over the next 15-20 years.
